With every study, we assign a qualified project manager (PM) with a broad background in clinical research development whose skills best match the trial requirements. We understand that communication between the project manager and the client is a major factor for achieving successful project outcomes.

Transparent  communication and accountability ensure that projects stay on track, on time and within budget. Our structure improves accountability of deliverables and allows for excellent communication within the study team.

Our experienced clinical PMs have the experience and know how to set-up and manage your studies well.  From the start the PM creates a project plan which includes defining Project Management systems and approaches to adhering to GCP & HIPAA requirements.
